Terms of Sale
These terms govern the purchase of goods through this Site — prices, ordering, payment, delivery and when the contract is concluded. They form the consumer sales contract and are separate from the Terms of Use.
Effective from 20 June 2026
Draft — wording and company identification details are being finalised before launch and are subject to legal review.
1. Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to all purchase contracts concluded between you as the buyer and us as the seller through the Site. They are the consumer sales contract; use of the website itself is governed by our Terms of Use.
2. Seller
The seller is Lumo Group s. r. o., registered seat Vyšný Orlík 51, 090 11 Vyšný Orlík, Slovak Republic, Company ID (IČO): 57 720 975, Tax ID (DIČ): [DIČ], VAT ID (IČ DPH): [IČ DPH], registered in Obchodný register Okresného súdu Prešov, oddiel Sro, vložka č. 52945/P.
Contact: contact@3lumo.com, [+421 …].
3. Products and prices
The main characteristics of the goods are described on each product page. Prices are shown in the displayed currency and include VAT where applicable.
Any delivery and other costs are shown before you complete the order, so the total price is known to you before you are bound.
4. Order and conclusion of the contract
You select goods, place them in the cart and complete the order through checkout. Before submitting, you can review and correct your order details.
Submitting the order activates a button clearly marked as an order with an obligation to pay. The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm acceptance of your order, normally by an order-confirmation e-mail.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store or process your full card details on our systems; card data is handled by Stripe under PCI DSS.
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. The order is processed once payment is authorised.
6. Delivery
We deliver to the regions and by the methods shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times are indicative and run from conclusion of the contract or receipt of payment.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.
7. Your consumer rights
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract — see our Right of Withdrawal page, which includes the model withdrawal form.
Statutory liability for defects and the claim procedure are set out in our Complaints & Warranty Procedure page.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions and the supervisory and dispute-resolution mechanisms described on our Dispute Resolution page.
