1. Contact us first
If you are dissatisfied with a purchase or with how we handled a complaint, please first contact us at contact@3lumo.com. We aim to resolve issues directly and quickly.
2. Supervisory authority
The competent authority supervising consumer protection is the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI): Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI), Central Inspectorate, Bajkalská 21/A, P. O. BOX 29, 827 99 Bratislava 27, Slovak Republic, https://www.soi.sk.
The locally competent regional SOI inspectorate is determined by the seller's registered seat and will be added before go-live.
3. Alternative dispute resolution (ADR)
If you are not satisfied with how we resolved your complaint, you have the right to turn to an alternative dispute resolution entity under Act No. 391/2015 Coll. The default ADR entity is the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI); a list of authorised entities is kept by the Slovak Ministry of Economy.
You may submit a proposal for ADR after you have asked us to remedy the situation and we have rejected your request or not replied within 30 days.
4. EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform
For online purchases you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
